Kate is a licensed landscape architect, joining Terra Ferma Landscapes in 2018 after practicing in the Bay Area for two years. She developed her experience by working on a variety of interdisciplinary projects including corporate offices, retirement communities, and mixed-use development.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree with a Minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She received an ASLA Student Merit Award from the Southern California chapter and was recognized as the University’s Olmsted Scholar. Kate is an ISA Certified Arborist and brings a wealth of knowledge on ensuring the health and well-being of trees within the landscape.

In her free time, Kate enjoys outdoor recreation, site seeing, cooking in her Dutch oven, and binging on podcasts.
